March 14  

Committee meeting.

March 19

Wanderers’ walk.  Glyn Church horticulturist will lead us on this amble. Glyn is a world renowned horticulturist and will give us an in depth introduction to some of the species found in the Park.

March 28 

Annual General Meeting. After general business, Sheryl Clyma (Park Lead) will be giving suggestions on how to successfully grow plant cuttings. This is very opportune timing and may inspire some of us to be busy planting for the October plant sale!


 

April 2  

Wanderers’ walk.

Wanderers’ walk. Derek, our specialty photographer sees the Park through a different lens than most of us. His skills in showcasing colour, shape, shadows, light will be shared with us as he focuses in the changing autumn colours, giving us valued photography tips along the way.

April 25

Anzac Day. No meeting.


 

May 7

Wanderer’s walk. This week is Bird Week. Bords are an area of special interest for Elise Smith. Elise will lead us through the Park focussing on the birds there and their food sources.

May 9  

Committee meeting.

May 21   

Wanderers’ walk. Alan Metcalfe is a dedicated historian, especially knowledgeable in matters relating to our precious Park. Alan will meet us and take us on a journey through the past and leading to the present in the history of the Park.

Evening Meeting with speaker.
